Dinner in the Roman Hypogeum

Welcome in the cellar with a glass of sparkling wine +

  • Appetizer served family-style +
  • Selection of cured meats from Montefiacone and pecorino cheeses from Bruno Pitzalis +
  • Zucchini flowers stuffed with zucchini and smoked provola cheese
    (or Artichoke “alla Giudia” on pecorino cream, depending on the season) +

A First Course (served on the plate) to be chosen by the guests,
